Pizza Hut - Grand Junction

My man ordered the pickup and I wanted to pick it up. the man who helped me was very friendly and showed a real customer service. Although this may not seem so much, these properties are usually not present in food services, where they are very appreciated. thanks for their good pizza and GREAT service. I wish I could remember his names!

Very friendly! They waited until I showed up to lay the salat on my taco pizza until I showed up so that it won't get so tender! I really appreciated it!

I say this place could get a bad rap because pizza hut uses a callcenter and just because you call a 970 number does not mean that you actually call the load. I can say I have problems first, but after asking myself to speak with a manager, I was transferred to the restaurant and the customer service was excellent from my experience. the staff was very friendly and helpful. better not yet any remaining pizza was exactly what we needed and ordered. would recommend talking to the front and not with the call center!

First, the pizza was fresh and tasted good. Second, they didn 't get the order right and we missed out on 2 pizzas. But that 's what we get for 1 person ordering and another picking up. Overall, the only reason stars were lost is the order error. Might try again in the future, but I 'll probably stick with the restaurant that hasn 't messed up my order like that (rhymes with garden hose .
