Contribuisci feedbackThe short waitress with the green hat on this morning was beyond rude. apparently since togo orders don’t tip, i don’t get my order taken first even though i was standing there first. no acknowledgement i was even standing there before i just walked out.
All-Star breakfast this morning.Portions were scarce and food came at different times. Second meal for the same table came 8 minutes after the first one was served.Food tasted great but there’s more to the experience than the food just tasting great.Seems that the team works better when it’s busy. There were hardly any customers on this Friday morning.Thank you, Waffle House.
Food was cold! Grits looked like rice with a slice of cheese sitting on top that hadn’t melted bc the grits were cold. Server was nice.
As much as I want this spot to be my own honey hole, I have to share. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased with the meal. We were seated after about 10 mins. Brandon, the Manager was great. The cooks, especially the gentleman cooking the meats, were exceptional. The food came out quickly and was fresh. It was tasty but the service makes this location stand out. Everyone seemed to be a team player, and take pride in the restaurant. One gentleman was taking orders and washing dishes simultaneously. At one point, the cook turned towards all of the customer's tables to check on everyone's experience. And everyone, I mean everyone was hustling. Everyone was working hard, and it was commendable.
It was early in the morning. Several employees but it took a while to get service. My toast was very dry, almost burnt, ham too, the hashbrowns were dry. I couldn't eat them. Wasn't asjed if we needed refills or if we wanted anything else.
