Panera Bread - Grand Rapids

Would strongly suggest you go somewhere else. they are eating at least 20 minutes later than they say, and even after there is only a 50% chance, it will be done right. the employees are very slow and unprofessional. many better places close.

Waited 30 minutes after the pick-up time for half a sandwich. then canceled my order becuse someone else took my food because the personal did not read a name correctly.

The staff at the lake eastbrook location is always friendly and willing to accommodate special items. the lobby is clean and the unlimited drink service with great food keeps us back.

I love panera. However, this visit was somehow almost 18.00 per person. I understand inflation, but be prepared for higher prices. I was shocked as this is my first personal visit since the covidence shutdown in 2020. eating was amazing. Soupen were delicious. the staff was friendly and friendly.

Beautiful place. Probably the best Panera Bread I've been too. I loved the food and the service was good.
