Madcap Coffee Company - Grand Rapods

So far I've never had a bad experience. It is a bit loud sometimes but that's because they are always busy. Despite always being busy, they are always friendly, appropriately quick without rushing you, and its always clean.

Great atmosphere and service, delicious coffee, super fun bar seating.

Excellent honey cinnamon latte. Really cool shop. They use homemade syrups and clearly care about the quality of their drinks. Wait was a bit long but it was a busy Saturday morning.

Not impressed. Overpriced coffee! This business provides zero incentives for loyal or regular customers or employees from local business to be rewarded for shopping there regularly on top of costing more than any other coffee shop. This business does not provide any discounts to students, vets or members in the community.
