Courtyard Dallas Dfw Airport North/grapevine

Recently stayed here for 3 nights. Had a terrible experience. 1. Unprofessional staff. Front desk staff had the audacity to say “ I have just come for my shift please don’t bother me “. 2. Hotel shuttle driver was threatening us to pay the tip. 3. House keeping staff didn’t clean the room, not even once for entire stay. Inspite of multiple requests every day. Would recommend not to stay at such hotel where staff will make sure the guest experience the most unpleasant stay. Absolutely unprofessional and lack of understanding of the word called HOSPITALITY. Room 205.

Love this hotel! Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Great bar area-definitely recommend the loaded tots in the evening and the French toast in the morning. Pool area very nice and lovely view of watching planes take off and land from DFW.

The location is great, but the rooms leave something to be desired. It doesn't feel very clean, and the carpet in our room was wet. However, the rooms were spacious and our group of six didn't feel crowded at all. The staff were very nice. The sundry shop near the check in desk was very well stocked, not just with different types of food and drink, but medication, toothbrushes, and even laundry detergent. You can definitely hear the planes coming in and taking off, but that didn't really bother us.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Here is 1 star for the airport shuttle. May as well pay $20 for a ride share app so you don’t miss your flight.
