The Eggfree Cake Box - Gravesham

Great eggless cake, ordered due to allergies but honestly couldn't tell the difference even nicer than cakes with egg.

We’ve purchased cakes here a few times and they are a family favourite. Nicely baked light cakes with cute decorations. Last week we purchased two slices and the server put them both in the same box. My son asked for them to be in two boxes (one slice was going to someone else) but this was refused. I asked him to go back into the shop and ask again but the server just put another box into the bag. You guessed it, one slice got dropped when we tried to put it into the other box. Frustrating and a waste of money.

Purchased a cake from cake box Wolverhampton which was great quality, good design and generous in size. I would highly recommend. I pre-ordered and paid in the shop, it was ready on time for collection.

I bought 3 kinder bueno slices and a red velvet slice on 20th Oct and they were all tasteless and bland. The chocolate and sweets on the top of the cakes were stale. Not impressed considering I paid nearly £12 for the 4 slices. I at least expect them to be fresh.

Wanted a cake for my sons 5’th birthday. The girl behind the counter did not have no customer service skills. or maybe not ! even personality!! Depressing experience. I Should of just walked out ! But I’m too polite. Unlike her.
