EDITED Today 11-12-23 5:30pm SundayI had a very terrible experience. Food not fresh. Major attitudes . Maybe they had a bad day? Bad customers? But I am always super nice to them. But today? Every thing from driving up to the window, and telling me there were NO apple pies, I said, I would wait.I had already ordered with the app and paid for it and used 500 of my reward points. So instead of 2 apple pies, they refused to cook, they said a strawberry biscuit to replace. Well, they ONLY gave me one, and it looked like it sat there all day and was the last one. Two chicken sandwiches buns smashed crooked like it was slapped together or dropped? The actual chicken was not fresh and very dark greasy like and broken in pieces in several places. The red beans were DRY. No juice on it. Anyways, I really wished I never ordered at all. Please ladies, please do better. We the customers are YOUR PAYCHECKS. The ONLY reason the business exists, is because of CUSTOMERS. I know we all have bad days, but NEVER take it out on the customers. Especially when the customer was NICE even when you had an attitude.——————————————————Always good food and good service! I mainly go through the drive thru. Usually everything I order is done right it’s hot fresh and good. a Very nice and friendly person at the window.

SLOW HERE. 2nd time I’ve came and they forget to put my side with my chicken like it’s not that complicated.
