Pancakes were HUGE and delicious! Beautiful atmosphere with an outdoor terrace on the water. Friendly workers and our waitress were good. The prices are decent. We'll be back!

A great breakfast is always served quickly with friendly service. The price is also reasonable and hearty portions are here at Julie's! My eggs were boiled exactly according to medium, as ordered, hashbrowns crispy... not burned and they offer turkey bacon as meat option that I love! One of the best breakfast places in Green Bay hands down!

Julie's Cafe has a unique atmosphere with its location on the quarry pond. Food is cheap and good. Your breakfast items are excellent. Word of caution, not order the ribs. My ribs were over 70 percent fat.

My first time to be here, the atmosphere was nice and waiting staff is very polite and professional. I rated lower because I ordered the steak and the egg breakfast and honestly it wasn't good. The steak was a bit undercooked and it was 't seasoned at all, zero taste, I ordered my eggs thrown and they were like ligaments of egg, very dense and heavy to pick up with a fork. Not fluffy and smooth as I imagine being a cunning egg, as much as I paid for this breakfast I expected to be better. But I would give them another chance.

It’s a lovely atmosphere but I would only recommend breakfast and a couple things from the dinner menu. Had steak once and it was tasteless. Also the place is kind of dirty, not to me but my sister said so and now I did kinda notice it. It’s a good Cafe that could be really great.
