I received quick service, and the staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He even brought my order to my car while I waited. Truly went above and beyond!
As for wheelchair accessibility, unfortunately, there's no way to open the door by yourself; you'll need assistance from someone to get in.
Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and crazy bread with sauce on the mobile app at 11:31, said they received it and started it at 11:35, went in at noon and the man at the desk said “Oh that’s weird, oh it just came in.” Trying to play it off, said it’d be ready in 25-30 minutes. Went back at 12:30, only one pizza and the crazy bread was there, told him I had 2 Classic Pepperoni’s and he said “Nope” with heavy attitude, said “Yep” and he gave me an hot and ready pizza. The first pizza he gave me was cheese and I didn’t get sauce with my crazy bread.
It still says they’re making my pizza and I’ve been home for 15 mins. They never even put the online order in the pickup box. It’s hard to imagine what we’ve come to as a society. Fast food used to be fun and enjoyable in America. This has become a joke. They simply do not care about the customer at all. It’s seriously sad. That’s what it is, it’s just sad.
