It was rude and utterly a horrible experience. And a waste of $11. And my time. Any other time they do it correctly, it was just this one worker with a pixie cut.
Had a gift card, so we stopped here. Took 20 minutes to get through the line. When we finally got up to pay. One coffee was brought out one at a time and put in the drinker carrier. Why not take the drink carrier to wherever the drinks are being made? Seems like a huge time suck. The moral of this story is that your lines are too long. You take too long! It's coffee, figure it out faster!
I ordered my drink with light ice twice the girl added ice. It was over half full of ice I’m not opposed to paying more for light ice. I don’t want all that ice and then she was very rude about it. I would not need to come here ever again.
Charles is fantastic. He went out of his way to make me a pour over, with perfect technique BTW, while handling a rush.Every partner in the store was friendly and efficient. They kept the store clean and restocked during down time. As a former 8 year partner and a manager, I know what a well run store looks like.Glad I stopped here on my road trip.
I got the Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino Blended Beverage and it was amazing. Their cake pops are always to die for. Definitely recommend. The wait time was maybe 3 minutes? Went drive through.
