The staff was always excellent, friendly, attentive, and professional. I was always greeted with a smile. The only semi-negative thing I have to say is they are not open on Monday and Tuesday.
Extremely disappointed and annoyed. My friends and I came here to eat and they don't offer any gluten free options. Because of this, my friend brought her own bun to use to eat her burger with. One of the employees told her that she was not allowed to eat it in the the restaurant and was extremely rude about it. She even went as far as to send other workers over to spy on our table to make sure that she wasn't eating it. It made us very uncomfortable and upset and it was honestly a rude invasion of privacy. This was a terrible experience and me never want to come back. This is one of my favorite restaurants but this is unacceptable and truly upset me.
Very disappointed. Came with my friends, one of my friends is gluten free. She knew there was no gluten free buns available (disappointing in this day), so she brought her own bun. We were approached by the seemingly manager and was told that she was not allowed to eat her gluten free bun in store. She was rude. She even sent another worker to spy on our table to make sure there were no buns. Made the rest of our dinner very uncomfortable and on edge. Felt very unwelcoming and overall bad experience. Need to get on this ASAP. Very angry at management.
Loved the atmosphere here. Great food and more importantly they had my favorite root beer! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Half the kitchen is convicts or people who were delinquents at other establishments and the quality of the food shows that yet again whoever is in charge of tap house and bridges has no idea what they are doing whatsoever imagine getting a degree in the culinary field and wasting it like this. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
