First of all, this is NOT a Country Inn and Suites. They are clean, have an incredible breakfast and friendly staff. So, I trusted that I could stay here with my seven month old on our way to visit family. Do not stay here! It is not a Country Inn and Suites. It is a dirty( pretty sure they weren’t changing the linens), unfriendly, and stressful stay. I went to get breakfast at 9:30 and they had cleaned it up. They weren’t helpful when we asked for extra towels, asked for new sheets because they were dirty, and asked for somethings to be put out with the breakfast. Do not think this is a normal Country Inn and Suites. They should not be allowed to use that name. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The bathroom floor had a lot of long black hairs on the floor. Other than that and no elevator I can't say much bad about this location. However, like so many hotels these days some pencil-necked geek is making a financial decision to try to save a buck. The clearest abuse of customer satisfaction is an AC that only runs when it detects motion. Which means when you go to bed you either burn up or freeze. What a **** poor thing to do. Let's talk about the bathroom. There was only one hook on the back of the door to hang anything. None by the sink to hang a toiletry bag. This means you have to set all your personal care items out of your bag to have them convenient for use. This is a small issue that a fifty-cent hook could resolve. In the tub, there was no shelf, none, for your shampoo or soap bottles. The shower curtain was not long enough to stay in the tub as you showered so as a result, the floor of the bathroom got soaked which made the floor a slippery mess. Water pressure was a joke. So showers took longer than they should to was the soap off. They give you one of those useless rain head shower heads instead of one that help produce a more cleansing stream. All in all, I felt as if I didn't get my money's worth. I won't recommend this chain or stay there ever again.

When we arrived to check in, no one was at the front desk for several minutes. When he finally came, he left again. Finally got checked in. The room was on the second floor, no elevator which is a pain. The room was ok, not great, but we discovered later that the fridge had someone’s leftovers in it. It was gross. Breakfast was awful. The eggs and sausage went into the garbage after one bite. I settled on oatmeal because it was in a packet and I only had to add water. Coffee was not very good either. We ended up going to Starbucks across the street. We couldn’t wait to check out and be on our way. It was a disappointing stay and I won’t go back if I’m ever passing through.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Quiet location. Several options nearby to order food- some pick up and some delivery. Breakfast available: several muffin choices, yogurts, cold cereal choices, hot cereal choices the griddles were ready to make waffles. Coffee and hot water also. I would recommend.

The hotel and room was nice. The service was much to be desired. We booked for three nights from 04-19-2023 thru 04-21-2023. We had no hot breakfast for two days, I didn't even try for the third day. At check-in we were told three breakfast is served from 7AM to 10AM, after the second day various guests complained to the front desk that there was no breakfast at 7:30AM and did not restock. Coffee cups with no lids so no quick and take a coffee cup to go. The Wi-Fi was super slow and I was not able to use it for work. I did speeds test and they average 5 (five) Mbps for a hotel that is VERY below the standard. So I didn't even use it and just used cellular service. Also it says that CHECK-OUT is 11AM which is standard for all hotels. WHY am I being bothered at 10AM to vacate the room??? I have the room paid till 11AM not 7, 8, or 9AM. You can knock on my room at 11:01AM not before. No other hotel does this. Also during check-in I was assigned a room where my key cards never opened the room, the front desk could not open the room so he assigned me another room, and logged the change in the computer. For the other two days the shift changes did not know that and would try to assign my occupied room to other guests, it is like their left hand does not know what their right hand does. The hotel is nice but it needs a complete overhaul in personnel to provide the service a hotel needs. As a long time traveler and frequent hotel customer within the Choice Hotels line, I will NEVER stay in this hotel even again. They lost this customer for good. Horrible service!!!!
