Got there and had to wait another 30 minutes because they messed our order up, gave it to someone else and had to remake ours. The Manager did give us a $15 credit for a future purchase, so good for him trying to make it right.
Ordered food to be delivered at 5:30 or later. It shows up an hour early. Love a cold soggy lunch. I'd suggest not having the option to for delayed delivery if your workers can't do it. See not much has changed
Ordered carry out large surpeme. By far the worst pizza I've eaten in a very LONG time... Grease filled toppings not even remotely close to fresh, sausage tasted like breakfast sausage ? , and just an utter mess. I'm really not sure how pizza hut can put their name on this and not how this place is still in business... Do yourself a favor and order ANY other pizza in Greenfield.
Prices have increased beyond the value of the product, you can 't even get what you order, and while the corporation is making record profits they are shrinking what they give you and complain that the staff who keep their business doors open are asking for too much when they ask for a living wage. To boot, customer care doesn 't seem to exist any longer as no one has time to answer the phone when you call to address an issue.
Ordered online. Showed up five minutes after it was scheduled for pick up. Not only was it not ready, but they could not find my order. Luckily I had taken a screen capture, and when I provided this, they were somehow able to find my order. It not been started, so they offered to start it then, but warned me that it would take them an hour. I had them give me a refund and left. If I had not had that screen capture, they probably would’ve just charged me $48 and still not given me a pizza. The entire restaurant was a disaster with 10 or 15 people waiting on food, everyone angry. I won’t be going back.
