Chipotle Mexican Grill - Greensboro

This place is consistently bad. Not the way to leave reviews, but every time I get this place, it's disgusting, food and garbage everywhere, don't feel safe food here. There is always a long line and no sense of urgency. The last time that I was there was 11/28 at about 7-8 o'clock I saw the person cooking not wearing gloves touch his nose / mouth area and handling food. There is no sense of care and is really shocked management has done nothing. I want to spend money with Chipotle, but I never come back to this place, it's unsafe. Look at all the other reviews that say the same, something has to change.

This must be one of the least friendly and dirty places I saw in Greensboro. Every single table was dirty. Eat all over the ground. Drinking station wet, dirty, from lids. No forks or spoons. Napkins of a paper bag and on the whole floor and the counter. Staff: What do you want... in the tone of you 're annoying me. Manager not helpful, staff angry. The individual cook worked, but the rest of the staff, including manager, went through the catastrophes in the dining room and did nothing. I see why people are constantly getting sick because this place is dirty and rough. The health department should visit a Sunday.

Not really one to leave the reviews, but this memory has already tortured our online order several times, without being able to correct the problem (because of the lack of online / app support) short with driving 15 minutes and are back in their 30 minutes line?. I know every short staff, but Chipotle is too expensive to throw away our money to wrong orders. The staff is always nice while you are?

Around 19:30 they had no sanitizer in the machine on Tuesday, no chips, no brown rice and had no intention to make any more. would it? ve was nice to know that these things were not in business before I ordered. also the manager went away when I asked why these articles were not available.

Usually love Chipotle but this location totally ripped us off. Instead of getting shredded cheese on the burrito bowl I got it in a little cup on the side. Overall it?s the same amount of cheese? just on the side. They charged $3 for the side of cheese? but it would have been free if I got it on the bowl. How does that make any sense? I don?t care that much about the $3 but getting ripped off is infuriating. Go to a different location.
