I really enjoy the Mexicali Vegan salad at this restaurant. They also have the Vegan Crunch salad, which is delicious. I hope they add a vegan grain bowl to the menu, but you can create your own if you'd like! They offer a variety of vegan mix-ins and dressings for their salads.

I created my own salad at this restaurant, choosing from a variety of vegetables and greens. I was pleased to see they had chickpeas available. I made my salad with mixed greens, avocado, broccoli, red quinoa, chickpeas, and carrots, topped with Balsamic vinegar.
