Mcdonald's - Greensboro

Going here at night was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!! lady on the mic was loud and rushing. Then we had wait for 30 minutes when we was the only ones there. They really need to stop putting teenagers on the night shift, because all they do is sit around and joke around. They obviously do not know what to do or how their job! Then come to find out they has us waiting for 40 minutes and we had to bag up to the window and then they tell us the grill is down!! Do not go there at night!!’ Awful Awful experience!!!

The food was cold and nasty all of the drinks in the lobby was flat. The ice cream taste like it was old. When I told the employee about the drink machine being out they didn't do anything about it all she said was okay. The way the employees talk to each other is disrespect. I have never been to a McDonald's like this before it's the worst. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The fries and nuggets were cold and hard. Too hard for my grandson to eat. The fish was soft but not hot. The orange drink tasted like orange colored club soda. I had to go to another restaurant to get something for him to eat

I ordered a big mack meal deal and a double quarter all the way, the big mack looked like a 3yr old made it, so sloppy that the hamburger Patty's were hanging off opposite sides not to mention they 4got the big mack sauce it was so dry it was pitifull the double quarter all the way was even worse than that

The customer service I received was awful the people in drive thru was so mean and no courtesy And took so long for order
