Contribuisci feedbackI had made reservations for 2pm on my husband's 60th birthday. We waited in the lobby until 2:25 before being seated in a corner. We sat without anything in front of us until 2:55. The whole process took over 2 hours. Unfortunately, my husband's steak was undercooked despite his request for it to be well done. Overall, the food was quite salty. Given the prices, I was extremely disappointed with the overall dining experience.
The service and everything else provided at the restaurant was excellent.
Red Lobster was wonderful. Friendly waitress who was constantly checking to see if we needed anything and the food was great. We loved our meal as we do every time we visit Red Lobster, keep it up.
The amhience is superb! Food was good. Excellent service and very approachable service staff.
Did not honor reservation/priority request due to holiday. Said there was a system error and we should not have been able to make one. Waited over an hour to be seated, then waited long periods of time for service. Very short staffed, lots of tables empty, lots waiting on food or check. Not a good experience.
