Zaxby's - Greensboro

Bad service turned good. Had asked that dip not b placed in with food because of germs. Lady recaps order but my food has sauce inside anywayI call back manager very nicely listen to the issue and responded in a very professional manner replacing entire meal. Thanks for caring! please speak to corporate about reconsidering putting that sauce inside with the food I had an issue where the container had dirt etc. on it and it was in the food and ended up in my mouth on my chicken. Thanks again I love this restaurant

Service is great and the food is delicious! This is the only place I trust to get a fresh, well made salad from.. the salads are so large that they can be shared amongst 2 people.. toast is perfect and buttery.. money well spent

Kurtis and Leah were fantastic! They were very cheerful while taking my order and made sure to get everything correct. The food was piping hot and my kids were pleased, which made me happy. Thank you all so much. They deserve a raise!

This particular Zaxby's in Greensboro is one of the best. They consistently deliver the correct orders with generous portions of food. Unlike other locations that may skimp on chicken in their salads or forget to include blue cheese crumbles in their cobb salads, this location provides excellent service and value.

The service was slow. I ordered my food to go and the sandwich looked like it was made by a child. I had to put it back together myself. The manager was training someone, and there were separate lines for card and cash payments. The place seemed disorganized and lacked attention to detail or care. However, the restaurant was clean and the sandwich tasted good.
