Your staff could benefit from some training in customer service.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed my order through the app, but when I arrived, they told me they couldn't find my order and sent me away, claiming it belonged to another location. I foolishly drove all the way back home before I thought to check the app for the correct address. I then returned to the same restaurant and went inside to show them my order. To my surprise, it was sitting right there. They were nice enough to remake everything for me, which amounted to $43 worth of food. However, once I got home, the food didn't taste right and ended up making my son sick. Additionally, I was shorted a French fry and my drinks. Overall, it was far from having it my way.

So, my cousin sat in the drive-thru trying to explain the situation to the worker, but she insisted they couldn’t just give us the chicken sandwich without going through that process. I was frustrated because there wasn't even an option to cancel the mobile order. At that point, I asked my cousin to put the call on speaker. I explained that I had already paid and requested the chicken sandwich instead of the Whopper, but again, she said it wasn’t possible. I eventually told my cousin to leave because I wasn’t willing to spend another $10-plus on a new order when they could have easily given me the chicken sandwich instead of the Whopper. Update: Initially, I was set on giving this a 1-star review, but I returned a second time and ordered through the app again. This time, my food was fresh and hot. That’s the only reason I’m giving this a 3-star rating instead of a 1.
