Contribuisci feedbackThe three staff members (if I can even call them that) appeared annoyed that there were customers in the restaurant; they didn’t greet anyone, were unfriendly, and seemed overwhelmed by the presence of patrons. What’s the point of having a restaurant if you’re not going to serve people? There was no manager present, and the staff was clearly behind on food preparation and, more importantly, on providing decent service. As more customers entered—creating a line that wrapped around the restaurant—the employees' attitudes only worsened. My advice? Stay away! If you're in a good mood, you certainly don’t want to risk having it ruined by this place. The food was subpar, and the staff's attitude was equally hard to digest. Additionally, trying to locate their corporate website has proven impossible, even though they are incorporated. I plan to call this location to request a manager and voice my complaints. This certainly won't be the last time I share my feedback. Thanks, yummy_grubgrub.
This place has a terrible smell, and the food is dry and tastes bad. They really need to close the doors for good. The service is also poor, so I would recommend not eating here.
I really enjoy having lunch here. The two women in charge of the restaurant are very nice. However, I did find some pieces of meat in my gyro that were a bit overcooked, which wasn’t pleasant. That said, the gyros themselves are fantastic, and the overall atmosphere is great!
I had an amazing experience at Renzio! The personalized service and high-quality food exceeded my expectations. I ordered the combo cut and chicken plate, which was a generous portion and absolutely delicious! It was my first time there, and I will definitely be back!
