Contribuisci feedbackYou screwed my order. You didn't have part of the order in your pocket. I went twice and both times the messed up my order. I asked for no tomatoes and it was loaded with tomatoes. I ordered the nacho fry begrande without tomatoes and no fried beans, it had both and very little meat. The tacos were probably hard and I was given soft. I don't know how to tell you how to improve because it happens both times. This was at 9:30 a.m. central time and got the same results.
Every time I get here, the workers are always so nice.
Terrible customer service. Now granted I did come at midnight so I'm not usually expecting great customer service, but not only was the fryer down so I couldn't get what I wanted. The cashier in the drive thru window was also rude when handing me only part of my order. Then she had an attitude when I asked her for the rest of my food. At least the food was hot when I got it
Probably some of the nicest Taco Bell workers I?ve ever experienced. They were so upbeat and happy to be working, something that?s rare these days! Thank you for spreading the positive vibes TB!
Good food but super slow staff. Pulled onto drive thru at 5:08 and its 5:27 and still in line. The drive thru is designed in such a way that when you get in line you cant get out. Worst FAST FOOD service at this location.
