Terrible service. Would not recommend not overly busy. Table of 2. Order 2 hot drinks, English breakfast tea did not come with any milk (maybe my mistake for assuming it would). Drinks took 20 minutes to arrive. Had no pancakes left at breakfast time, food came around 25 minutes after that taste was ok. No cutlery supplied had to ask twice for cutlery. Once cutlery was delivered the staff asked if we would like salt and pepper (which we did). Salt and pepper never arrived. Would not go back again.

Nice cafe but quality of the food isn't fantastic. I've been here twice recently on the basis of good experiences a few years ago, but was food was underwhelming both times. Considering how good it used to be it's now a bit disappointing.

I’m only giving 1 star as u have to choose one atleast to be able to start writing a review.Long wait almost more than an hour and half. On top of that, they were extremely rude and were not apologetic at all. In the end we didn’t got any food and we had to leave the cafe hungry with kids. I have never walked out of a cafe with that pathetic experience. Worst experience of my life and I am completely in disbelief. I’m disappointed with the wait times that’s given but almost taken aback with the rude experience from the owner and the staff. This is my first review ever here as I honestly felt obliged to aware the other customers who would consider eating up there. Please DO NOT bother..

Terrible terrible service. We were table of 9. We had to wait for 30 mins for someone to come to our table. Tables were not cleared for hours so we decided to do it ourselves. We went to counter 3 times to let them know we had young hungry kids. Their reply was that every table has kids and they don’t want to be rude but that’s how it is. After placing our order we waited patiently for 45 mins. Frustrated and famished when we asked for food order, the chef simply says that they havnt even looked at the order. The staff was really rude and literally yelled saying that everyone is waiting for their orders. Absolutely disgusting considering you made us wait for one hour 15 mins for rude reply’s and no service whatsoever. I would not recommend this place at all. They should be shut down, clearly they can’t hire the staff that is required for the service and don’t have common sense of letting people know how long the food wait times is. You guys should be ashamed of being so rude to paying customers.
