The quality of care is very variable. Sometimes they are fast and other times, they don't even give you any explanations for the delay. The worst thing is that they serve the cake slices using their hand instead of a shovel. The drinks can be ready at the bar and they don't bring them to you, until someone on the staff comes up with it. In conclusion, sometimes you do very well and other times you don't.
