Place is horrible, started off rude and was not polite what so ever. Gave every customer attitude and argued with every customer. Don’t understand how you can run a business by being argumentative and rude to every customer. Did not like the owners attitude towards every single customer. If you’re running a business you need to be professional and have manners. You don’t treat people that are supporting your business and argue with them for taking their order. We are the customers who are making you money, there needs to be a line drawn. I will not lie about this place and atmosphere I want people to know the reality of it. Lost more than 3 customers within the hour for arguing. I can only imagine a day

Can't a girl give 6 stars? (Esecially to Service)I just happened to be in the area while visiting from Portland, but I grew up in California and Mr. Fries Man reminds me why eating here just feels like home.The food is a delicious mountain of comfort food goodness, and the Smack sauce lives up to the name as it absolutely SMACKS!But most of all the service is just perfect. Some of the friendliest, most helpful, genuinely caring people I've ever been helped by.Do NOT pass up Mr. Fries Man, you will be absolutely delighted by the entire experience!

My son and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mr. Fries Man in Ontario, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The manager, Lauri, was truly exceptional. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.Not only was the service top-notch, but the food was absolutely fantastic.I left feeling thoroughly satisfied and with a strong desire to return as soon as possible. If you're looking for a place with excellent food, impeccable service, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend paying a visit to Mr. Fries Man in Ontario. It's an experience you won't soon forget!
