Domino's Pizza Guildford

The food never arrived, we waited 45 minutes for the pizzas that we PAID, we they said that the delivery arrived in 5 minutes. When we called them they said, the delivery didnt find anyone for two times. Its a scam dont buy

Terrible service. Ordered online and over charged by a £30+. Called them to discuss the over payment only to be told to stop over reacting by the cashier. Did not expect this level disrespect as I was not aggressive or arguementive In any way I simply tried to explain that the online system had gone hay way and was not what I ordered/charged for. Staff member very rude and aggressive in her response and I would definitely not recommend the online order service. The manager stepped in and I 'm waiting for the refund to reach my account but very disappointed in the service and I will not use again. Such a shame that rude and passive aggressive staff have detered me from using them again.

Terrible. Their pizzas are £25, then when they deliver they bundle deliveries together. I'm near the store and the driver went miles away first before delivering mine. When I tried to call the store they were rude, and the second time I tried to call they purposefully ignored. The driver then called their manage while I was with them, and their manager was incredibly rude to me and hung up. I've recorded everything, and will be taking this matter to court.

Horrible service. Staff were very disrespectful. White lady who works there was quite rude and racist, perhaps because me and my friend are from a diff ethnic group. We came to dominos at around 11:40 and the shop closes at 12 as it said online. The guy working at the shop told us no orders in person so why is the shop open then you tell me this right now we just ordered the door open but right now it’s 11:40 pm. We told him that the app works to order cause we just checked and he said that it only works to order online after 11 pm… he could have easily served us, or asked his manager wouldn’t take long, instead of being helpful or patent and nice he was like ye no order and basically was hella rude. So we left and were stood outside when we decided to just order quickly before the shop closes and so we went back inside to just look at the menu and because it was drizzling, when this woman tells us they’re closed and she wants to lock the door… sorry but if delivery drivers still come till 12:00 am to pickup, even if they come from a different door, how come u came to kick us out of the shop at that time, esp if the shop is closed to customers… it all felt rude and honestly never am I going to that place again. Worst service and staff ever. They have ruined my entire mood and left me feeling really angry, if this is the sort of behavior that staff do then maybe they shouldn’t work there? Maybe management needs to change their staff.

Placed an order the delivery driver brought the wrong thing, i told him and he called the store and told me he would be back with my order that he had given it to someone else, an hr later no delivery had been made so i called the store and the lady who picked up was ridiculously rude. Shall never be ordering from this branch again
