Big Bite Fast Food - Gulmarg

Big Bite is located near Gondola. Before coming back to Srinagar it's good to have a stop here. People around enjoy their vacations and there is a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I had an ice-cream and a cup of tea there and it's nice.

This is one absolutely awesome place!!!! Our second night in Gulmarg, most of our group was very tired thanks to our Gondola ride and fun in the snow, but few of us were tired of eating Indian food and wanted a change. Thanks to TA we found this place and decided to brave it out by walking there at night, as we had no mode of transport. When we reached there, imagine our disappointment and shock when we saw that it was closed!!!! We had to eat somewhere so I decided to go up and check what other options were available in the hotel, since they had 2 restaurants. Unluckily there was only 1 restaurant which was operating serving a buffet of Indian food. I asked the manager if there was any place serving any other type of food and he said no! The Main manager then came and asked me what the issue was, so I explained that we actually wanted to eat at Big Bite, but since it was closed I was looking for some other option. To my utter pleasant surprise, he said “Ma’am please have a seat, I’ll have Big Bite opened for u in 5 minutes!” We were just 5 people and opening the restaurant so that we could eat what we wanted, without even asking him do so, was the best example of hospitality ever!!!!!Highly recommend this restaurant- the food was also yummmm we had chuicken and veg burgers, chicken and veg pizzas, chinese chicken starter, sandwhiches and we relished it all of it! It was 1 of my best meals on the entire trip!!!!

I tried the food at this restaurant and it was tasty. I asked the manager for some vegetarian options and he recommended the chow mein, which was delicious and reasonably priced. I also had a quick meal there.

My visit to this restaurant on June 2nd was delightful. I tried the Veg Capsicum and Onion pizza, which was a 7-inch pizza that brought back memories of the pizzas we used to enjoy 20 years ago, before Dominos and Pizza Hut were popular. Those from Delhi may find this pizza reminiscent of Nirula's. Overall, it was a good experience and the restaurant is conveniently located near Gondola Point.
