Malan Noodles - Hacienda Heights

Their scallion pancakes are some of the b st Ive ever had! crispy yet chewy, and oh so flavorful

We ordered Malan beef noodles and shrimp, chicken, beef chow mien. Both dishes were under whelming and bland. Portions were small . No wok hei or good flavor. Not worth the $16-17 they charge.

The beef soup had no flavor at all and the meat smelled bad The chow mein was better but not really good

Sent no sauce and was very bland. Noodles not very good and only sent one packet of chop sticks

Relatively quiet spot for noodles, limited parking, has a decent amount of seating, a bit pricey. got the beef soup with small, flat noodles. came out pretty quick. the soup base tasted very good, meat was thinly cut (almost the same thickness as the noodles) and was not dry, there was a good amount of cilantro-might be a lot for some people, put a scoop or two of the sauce that they have near the salt and pepper shakers-scoop down to get the sauce and not just the oil. really ups the overall taste
