Cheers Bar Restaurant - Hackensack

Staff is very friendly and courteous. Nice atmosphere and the Appetizers are always fresh and delicious. They also have very talented live musicians.

PROS: This place was a really nice bar, especially in the area that its in. The staff is nice, looks more upscale than the average bar, and has plenty on the menu even for picky eaters. Food comes out at normal speed and the place is clean for those who worry about being clean. Parking is decent behind the building when it is not roped off for outside dining. CONS: Coming from a millennial stand point the place does not attracted many people of my age. It's an older crowd there. I'm not judging the bar for this, but I do want to make it known. Also there’s no lock on the men’s bathroom door and the urinals don’t have a dividing wall OVERALL: This place is a nice, chill bar to be at and I will come here for karaoke night, but other than that if I wanted to be with peers I'd choose a different bar that attracts a younger crowd

Larry the owner, and his wife Violeta.. and all the staff are incredible/genuine people! My father goes to Cheers consistently with his friends, and it’s always a great time when I go there. I’m a vegetarian so I would recommend the beet salad with quinoa (on the size include sautéed mushrooms or garlic spinach , or the veggie panini : it’s a family atmosphere.. and they also have themed nights often so definitely check them out! You won’t be disappointed.

Food was Ok. Lobster smelled funny, so we had to replace it, but other meals was good! Very friendly and professional servant.

Had a private party here. The food was excellent. The space we had was away from the rest of the establishment, yet still part of the crowd. The owner was very accommodating. A family occasion and we really had a nice time.
