When you order ahead, they often do not accurately make your meal. Sometimes, an item might be missing, while other times you get the wrong meat. They're also frequently out of items. The drive, though, can be slow when there's a car in front of you. I've been inside od the store a couple of times, and it isn't much j better. I think I'm just going to go somewhere else in the future.
