Contribuisci feedbackExactly what they would expect from a fine cocktail bar in Japanese style. the cocktail menu is not long, it is simple, but very demanding. if they are looking for complicated/innovative cocktails with chic presentation, they should look at this place. if they are looking for classic cocktail with the bartender own interpretation and they like the Japanese bartender attention to detail and elegance. I'm glad I found this hidden gem in a small town. (ps my friend didn't like it as much as I did)
Last summer when I was in Hakodate I decided I could use a few drinks. It was a weekday and it was around 9pm, my options were limited. I stumbled upon this bar on Google and made my way there. I walked inside exhausted from my travels to find that it was a very classy establishment. I was wearing casual American summer clothing and a fanny-pack (don't judge). The bartender welcomed me inside gave me some fancy Japanese snack mix and began making my first drink. As silly as this may sound, watching the bar tender make drinks was like watching Van Gogh paint a picture. Each cocktail took a few minutes and it was beautiful to watch him create. As the night went on I asked him to just make me drinks he enjoyed making, they were all perfect. I wanted to film him but he was so kind and respectful that I couldn't bring myself to make such a request. It's a bit of a shame that I didn't film because I have looked online and I can't find video of anyone on this mans level. This bar was one of the top experiences I had during a one month trip to Japan. I will never forget this place and I will return someday. ありがとう ございました バーテンダー さま!
ずっと行きたかったお店で、昨年10月に訪問。 オーセンティックなバーですが、ちょっと明るめでカタさが無い感じ。 それもあってか、入店時はすでに窓際のテーブルに女性2グループがいた。 後で聞いたのですが、北海道流行の『〆パフェ』で話題になっているらしく、それ目的の女性客グループが多いとの事。 モスコミュールは辛いタイプ、限定の柿のカクテルは絶品でした。 websiteでチェックしていた生ハムもオーダーしたのですが、これが涙が出る程旨い! これでウィスキーを何杯でも呑めそうです。 生ハム目当てにリピート確定。 一見は口うるさそうなマスターとその奥様も、お話すると優しいお二人で、ゆっくりのんびりの空間に浸れた。 素敵な夜をありがとうございました。
Whiskeyba Hishii on Hakodate Motomachi Hill The professional master trimming ice for underlock was really impressive. Yamazaki on the Rock made it even more attractive as the ice melted. Hibiki had a strong first impression. Yoichi and Tatesru each have a drink. I ate cheese side dishes, which felt neat and delicious. Beautiful Whiskey Bahishii is where I want to go again. 하코다테 모토마치 언덕에 있는 위스키바 히시이 언더락용 얼음을 다듬는 프로페셔널한 마스터의 모습이 정말 인상적 이었다. 야마자키 온더락은 얼음이 녹으면서 더욱 매력적인 맛을 냈고 히비키는 첫인상이 강렬했다. 요이치와 타테스루까지 한잔씩 마시고 나옴 치즈안주를 먹었는데 그것도 정갈하고 맛있게 느껴졌다. 아름다운 위스키바 히시이 다시 가고싶은 곳이다.
誰にも教えたくないお店。 月替わりのパフェは芸術品のような域に達しており、普通に日本で一番美味しいと言っても全然過言じゃないと思う。素材の良さだけでなく技巧を凝らして一口食べ進むごとに感動があるので毎回驚いてしまう。 バーももちろん素晴らしく、カクテルも店の雰囲気も全てにおいて非の打ち所がない。東京に行ってもなかなかこんなお店はないね。
