Roy Rogers - Halfway

I always have good experiences here. The staff is generally very nice. The Hershey milkshakes are the best. Unlike other reviewers, my grammar is correct.

I went into the restaurant and their was three employees behind the counter taking orders. The line was not long but they took forever and when I got my food order it was nasty. The hamburger was still red in the middle. The roll was soggy with grease. I complained to the manager and she offered to do absolutely nothing. Then while I was standing there a lady came in that had pulled up at the drive thru and no one even bothered to acknowledge her so she drove up to the window and was still ignored completely. She was extremely upset and the manager offered her nothing in the way of compassion either. The Roy Rogers on Burhans Blvd is COMPLETELY the opposite. Their food is great and the service even better! What a difference between the two locations!!
