Lions Head Tavern & Beverage - Halifax

Great food and beer good size portions and quality of food was very good!!! Staf are very friendly and helpful made for an over all excellent afternoon!!!

I've been there few times while working in the area, nice place for a quick lunch. Service is fast and friendly, prices are decent and the atmosphere is welcoming. Even on a busy lunch hour you get your food fast and hot like you expect it to be.

We visited on one of the few very nice days in May.The outside patio was full so we went inside. Windows were open, there was a nice breeze blowing through, and a perfect temperature. Service for the beverages was good, but the food was somewhat slow in coming from the kitchen. Staff may have been recovering from the lunch "onslaught"...according to the waiter they had been so busy that food service was taking an hour. Guinness was from cans, nachos were good.Pleasant atmosphere that we will try again.

I met a friend in the bar and we don't know it's Karaokee Night. Big Suprise ! It was a long Night with some very good Performers.My friend told me i should try it too and i said: Noway this mic can not handle my voice :-)

I have been to the Lions Tavern on several occasions and everything I have ate there has been suburb! I have had a hamburger, white chicken chili, walleye strips, bruchetta and other entrees and apps. Their lemon drop martinis are awesome too. But what really stood out was when one of the bartenders said they loved working there, that impressed me most! The employees put in the extra effort for the customers because they love their job and are treated so well by their employer. Also, everything I have been there and they had music, I loved it! Looking forward to hanging on your patio this summer! Keep doing what you are doing, this is my favorite Stillwater destination!
