Everything is perfect in evergreen: eating, service and ambiente. unfortunately no outside seating in summer. high-end kitchen with reasonable trips.

We love this evergreen. at the menus we often go home at the newsletter to read the water in mouth together and on the teller it will be an eyewitness and an absolute taste experience each time. in the evergreen is very fond of experimenting and from it there are great combinations that we have never had, for example, celery cream soup with black supplements, such as lakritzsauce or olive paste, or lobster with **** mary sauce, which sounds strange at first, but is absolutely great taste. for us there is no better restaurant in halle and from our own experience we can say that the evergreen can also keep very good with the French star restaurants.
