Barburrito - Hamilton

I always order the pulled pork burrito/bowl from this restaurant and it never disappoints. The ingredients are always fresh and the combination of Burrito sauce and Bangbang sauce is unique. The dining area is very clean and the service is excellent and fast.

I recently tried a spicy chicken baked burrito from the Upper James and Fennel location. I drove all the way there only to find that it was too salty. The girl working at the front did a poor job with the quantity of ingredients. In the past, I had a better experience at this place, but this time I was disappointed. I paid $13.50 and barely got a decent amount of rice, beans, salad, and other toppings. They were out of corn. I'm not sure why the girl working there was skimping on the portions, as I'm paying for my meal and expect a good amount. It seems like they may be trying to cut costs and maximize profits. I would rather spend my money elsewhere for better quality and quantity of food. I recommend that people be cautious when eating here and check that they are getting what they paid for. The food was too salty and the portions were lacking. Perhaps it was the fault of the girl working that day. This experience happened on August 25th, 2022 between 3:46 and 4:00pm.

One of the better chain Mexican foods, this place specifically they do a good job! the food was delicious, with lots of fresh ingredients in my monstrous size burrito. Although it is a chain, the people they work have brought love and care into every burrito they make and they can taste the difference. I would recommend this place very for a fast Mexican bite! love how the menu shows if a product has milk or eggs in it, really helps people who have food restrictions.

I am overwhelmed by happiness from my experience in this barburrito today. I was recently diagnosed with celiac and has not been diagnosed in an almost food restaurant for months. the man who helped me was amazing. I asked him about his gluten free option and asked if he could change his gloves and wipe everything off. he did, and not only that, he made sure that my article didn't touch anything that was used with weizen, he made sure to offer me options that were gluten free certified, he changed his gloves several times, and even parchment paper between my articles on the warm pillow. he was soou diligent and made me feel super safe and happy. I am very happy and would recommend this place to other people who are gluten intolerant than me. I wish I got his name, the guy deserves an increase!
