Slow service waitress forgot about us for the first 20mins, not even drink order taken until we asked our greeter and she had to get the waitress. Yes, another table that came after us was served first. Chicken Parm was dry. My daughter ordered the fuzzy peach drink that she has ordered in the past and it has come with fuzzy peaches and the menu picture shows it comes with fuzzy peaches..when we inquired about it, manager Naina said it doesn't come with fuzzy peaches. So false advertising on their menu??? Needless to say my daughter was disappointed. In the end they also managed to get our bill wrong charging us an extra $30+. We had to turn around to get a refund. This was supposed to be a celebration dinner for our family and it was just terrible. If you would like am enjoyable experience with good food, go somewhere else!
I don't typically give places 5 stars but, for me, the food was good, orders correct, staff friendly, well organized. Thanks, manager Homer.
Runs a Moseys Southern BBQ ghost kitchen from this location. Ontop of all the nonsense that comes with, the food was overpriced, cold, and inedible. I paid 20$ for basically a hotdog bun with lettuce and dog food on it. Avoid at all costs.
Enjoyed our pizzas. The staff was very attentive. We will return.
Rylans customer service was exceptional besides a few minor requests my group had, very accommodating to our groups choices and making specialty drinks overall a great experience.
