Contribuisci feedbackI didn't get a part of my order, and instead of supplying what I paid, they offered me a loan and no choice. When I ordered the next time, I had the same as the time after. Forget part of my order. Terrible customer service and basically only steal from customers. Never again.
We usually love toppers. That's what the kids ask. So yesterday, ordered a titanium pizza and when it came, it was not only burned, it must fall sideways and the pizza was squeezed and smelled on one side of the box. I had a few kids and they ate it, but it was a disappointment. My friend and I called both and they said we were contacted by the franchise owner, but of course no one called. I've never complained about anything in my life. I would have been happy with a call back. Not sure I'll order again. It's hard to judge something by a bad experience.
I have ordered from these toppers for years (picking up and delivery) and was always satisfied. Good pizza, good value, consistent quality. I tried 75% of the menu and didn't like it. The tenth Tupfer is a fave: must ask for him with regular crust...and well done or otherwise the crust cannot hold up to the fullness of blows! The free “Extras” make it easy to sing a little, be it extra garlic, Italian herbs or the buttery crust. The sticker program where the 10. Pizza is free, is also a big bonus! I will continue to use Toppers as I go out to get out or delivery pizza.
He ordered a pizza over the telephone. Arrival in the restaurant to find order did not come there. The staff said it's happening a lot. They gave me a ten percent discount and rushed my pizza order. The pizza was fine. Your sauce is better than... average. Toppers must fix their call center problems.
I have been going to this pizza place for over 6 years and have NEVER EVER experienced what I experienced tonight... First off I order my 2 pizzas at 6:22pm tonight, the exact same order I have been placing for over 6 years. I show...up and the pizza with no meat requested (which they have accommodated every time) comes with some bacon on it... Okay, fine, they accommodate and make a new one. We pick up the 2 pizzas, come home only to find out they sent the WRONG 2nd pizza (supposed to be canadiana, ended up being some half no cheese joke). After a phone call is made to rectify this situation we have to wait over FOURTY minutes for the CORRECT pizza that TOPPERS SCREWED UP ON. Obviously, I sit and wait for my husbands pizza to show, only to start eating and find bacon again on the pizza. At this point I am furious, and call the call center to voice my complaint... To which i get transferred only to be told I have to wait til tomorrow or Monday for a call from the manager. What a joke! I work 3 jobs in customer service and I know that when a manger is off someone else is appointed the managers spot for situations like this. Instead of solving a situation quickly Toppers feels the need to ignore customer complaints, push responding back by days and they cannot even solve a simple situation. How about instead of giving a scripted response of I can only offer you $5 maybe offer a refund right away? How about customer service considering I paid for 2 pizzas, and only 1 out of the FOUR your franchise had to make /waste is able to be eaten. I have never ever experienced a company who does not care about customer service and satisfaction as much as this location. I am not sure if there are new owners now but they should really change careers since they are uncapable of solving problems, making pizza or keeping a customer happy. I will NEVER EVER be eating at Toppers ever again, and I will be making sure I let everyone know that this place is nothing but a joke.
