Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Hammond

The food at this restaurant is delicious. They always have everything you need and the flavors are consistently bold. However, they sometimes run out of popular items like mac and cheese or sweet tea. The service can be slow, with long waits in the drive-thru, but the food is worth the wait. Just make sure they have ice for your drink! Overall, I enjoy the food here, but the wait times can be frustrating. I may consider driving a bit further to another restaurant to get my food faster.

I ordered 8 chicken sandwiches, and was instructed to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot for them to be brought to my car. After 40 minutes passed, I returned inside to inquire about my order, only to discover that it had not been made. My order was finally ready one hour after I placed it, with minimal apologies and excuses given for the delay.

The customer service at this restaurant was the worst I have ever experienced. I expected a long waiting period due to the pandemic, but when I placed my order, they were out of several items. The server then refused to take my order for wings only, claiming they could run out. She was rude and tried to excuse her behavior by saying she was new to customer service. It is not a good idea to have inexperienced staff interact with the public. After almost 90 minutes, I finally received my order and it was incorrect. Popeyes needs to improve their training for their employees and make things right.

Popeyes ever, if I can give it -5 stars I would. After I sat in front of me for an hour with three cars, the two cars decided to go before me. the car in front of the front was said that it was a change of the shift, it would be 10 minutes more. he had said that line obviously for an hour, he left I up, there are no kartoffels, ok. the big red beans and rice had a bean crust on the floor and many dried rice, so I suppose it's great that they gave me only one job, although I paid two. I called the load, through their website, the guy who brought me out of my food and answered and said that is not popeyes lol, funny thing that shows it in my phone. skip this place, worst tasting eat eve, bad business practice and disgusting filthy

Everything i order from this popeyes, they're always out of stuff. They ran out of coleslaw, Mac and cheese. Then they only had 3 spicy breast left and no wings. Not good business
