Snug Harbor Restaurant & Inn

I only give one star ratings because this system won't let me write an evaluation differently. I booked a month ago at snug harbor. I received a confirmation email on the day before. it was dark and rainy when we went to the restaurant and gps leads us into the ass. When we finally arrived at the place on the lake, there was no lighter and a for Lease sign on the building. we have made ourselves to the park inn (loving experience! and have been informed that snug harbor had to suddenly be close due to personal problems. I liked this difficult, but would it have been so hard to call people and/or to work with the online booking system to alert people? very disappointing.

Before the reservation time of 5:30 o'clock. the restaurant was not open. no notification to closed doors. no notification from the restaurant, where opened o closed. lower line bad communication by snug harbour restaurant.

The restaurant was understated. this naturally makes a meal less than acceptable. eating was good, but that's all.

We met a bad night. they wait, the staff called us two kitchen staff and two waiting staff. get in very long wait for our food. steak u see boiled and carrots cold. kellnerin as attentive and composed most of our meals. could call before next time.

The quality of the ingredients along with the preparation is excellent and the entire staff is both friendly and helpful.
