The building is way too small, customers are always squeezing in the hallway size lobby .We did try to order ahead our most recent order to combat the awkward shoulder to shoulder with other guests, and I don 't suggest doing that. Because the blizzards were as runny as a shake. I was 10minutes early and they had them in a cooler waiting for me. I understand holding hot foods in a warmer but frozen foods in a fridge just isn 't it imo.The staff is hit or miss on customer service but 8/10 times we 've had good experiences with staff.Historically, the food is good and the service is consistently on the slower side but not too extreme.
The actual ice cream I ordered was made wrong (a blizzard) and a worker named something like Andrew? Licked the side to clean off excess ice cream!! I didn't even know what to say.. so I didn't in the moment unfortunately. Extremely disappointed in the service I received. I wasn't even given a spoon.
I placed an online order for my daughters birthday cake on Friday morning. It asked me a pick up day I selected Saturday at 5:30pm. I got there to pick it up and my cake hadn't been made. I was told the manager was off on Friday and wasn't there on Saturday. I will not be ordering cakes from there anymore. I understand people have lives outside of work but if the cake couldn't be made then the online ordering shouldn't have went through.
Went last week to pick up a blizzard for my son’s birthday and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The employee that was supposed to be taking my order, Andrew or something like that, was much more interested in chatting with his coworkers then helping me. When he finally made my blizzard, he got both the order and the size wrong. I ordered a medium cookie dough blizzard but received a small snickers instead. My son has a deadly nut allergy, so this mistake could have easily sent him to the hospital if I hadn’t noticed. Honestly, I just can’t believe they let people like this work here.
