Can I understand some of the bad reviews? the people complain that they are loud? next to a busy street (too time) I was very good at the arrival and the love for detail was excellent, as in honestly said that this was the best eating iw eaten in vietnam for the month iw was here. I got lemongras huhn stir fry with pappaya salat and pickle (somehow this haha) was excellent .really was , my friend was ravenous and ordered the diavlolo pizza and the nachos , I had the privilege to samplaing his food, the pizza was excellent, but the afteros changed my life they were simply exquisite, I would highly recommend this

Wonderful place and wonderful food here. The staff are very attentive and kind. Nice clean western style toilets too. There is seating indoors and outdoors and overlooks a quite Street but still a lot to see. Contemporary on the inside and good outside area give a nice choice as well as a balcony upstairs. It's listed in the lonely at the wrong address so check the website for thier new location.

It was very hyped for me after reading all the reviews online. Our staff was very unorganized and it was not chaotic to order in English. After getting our order did we get a good appetizer (spring rolls) and they were really good and I recommend them. The other 2 main dishes me and girlfriend got was not so mind blowing as some other dishes here are reviewd as. They made food that was good don't get me wrong, but for me personally, I need more flavour.

Absolutely terrible. The hotel side of the establishment is well below average and possibly the worst I have ever stayed at. None of the appliances worked in the room and to add to that, the room stunk like sewerage with faulty plumbing.

Not sure why it has great reviews, but here are the reasons why I rate it 1 star: Ordinary food. Courses are not very well designed, yet expensive. Service is friendly, it is the only good point they have. Other than that they're just unprofessional. Increasingly host terrible dinner events: noisy sound system, bad Vietnamese house music and international music, bad singers, scary guest karaoke, ... and it goes on pretty much the whole evening. I'm typing this review at 22:42 and these are still on. Irresponsible manager: Gave her a few complaints and feedbacks. She only explains that her guests are all VIPS. The party they are hosting right now at this moment is for Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam. She sounds happy showing us that she is insured by these VIP guests without saying an apology. Some frequent noisy visits of loyal customers: They often come to book pretty noisy VinaHouse dinner events as said above. They don't respect anybody else dining nearby but themselves. I could hear their terrible music from 5th floor in a nearby building. Yet, when reviewing this on the restaurant's Facebook, these guests started attacking me by commenting and swearing. Very unreasonable people. Still, I received none of the apology of the experience I had from the restaurant. Pretty annoying people. Since this restaurant practices low culture so willingly, it's not going to be a pleasant dining experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone to dine here. It might look nice but nah, it's a trap. It isn't worth your time and money. Cheers.
