These guys kick a serious ass! I'm from Kansas City and learned from a professional how to smoke meat. That's how I started. I sold ribs and pulled pork on Mcloughlin blvd for 4 weeks to dealers from the back of my car to start my business. I have to admit that Dope Bbq is better than mine! You know how to do it right! Looking for the best grill in the city, this is the place! And my husband Gary is happy to spread the love of the real BBQ! The public justice man. But fr chciken is moist and cooked perfection, Brisket has the perfect smoke and taste, and the bbq sauces are on point. Not to mention the topped green and white rice. Man is proud of what he does.
