Five Guys - Happy Valley

Go to a different location! I'm a longtime customer. I started going when they first opened in Oregon. Overall they have been great, for the most part. My young son used to choose them for rewards and was excited. They never bounced back from the pandemic and management is not strong here. I could have complained several times during the lock downs. The cheese wasn't melted on the burger. The fries were overseasoned terribly.

No burger is worth $60 and a 45 minute wait to even eat it!

Food quality is not too good. Service has gone downhill due to lack of employees (only 2 workers when I visited..

I only ordered a burger. Took over 40 minutes to get it. There wasn't very many people inside either. Only 2 really young looking kids in there. One was cooking and the other was standing by the register waiting for people. They need to figure that out.
