Contribuisci feedbackI asked for a tea that is usually served cold to be made with hot water instead. I have done this at other Starbucks locations with no problem. The member of staff refused to serve it hot and would only serve me the hot tea options. I explained that I had had the same tea before at other Starbucks but still she refused saying I couldn’t not have had this particular tea as it can only be served cold. It was a simple ask use the same ingredients but instead of cold water use hot.
Don't have any pictures to post because I was highly disappointed I had played the Starbucks game and I won a dessert when I went to get it they didn't have what I wanted so I asked so when I get in the terminal can I just use my reward to get this lemon pound cake that I wanted he stayed at yes you sure can so instead I bought me a creme brulee caramel drink and it tastes like water I feel like I just gave in my $5 too only to be disappointed that they didn't have the dessert that I desired but how did they have the inside and not outside the terminal needless to say when I got inside the terminal and I went to get my lemon pound cake that I wanted so badly you scared my coupon and he said oh man I'm sorry but we've been having a lot of trouble with these coupons I can't give you dessert that you want you might want to call Starbucks customer service wow and I wonder why I never hardly use my app or order anything it's always such a hassle if the lines aren't too long it's something else
I've been here, a few times now. Always friendly service, even when they're incredibly busy! They also have some cute cups and gifts, that I hadn't seen around the city before either. Travelers are a finicky bunch, so definitely pack your patience, because they're at least OPEN!!!
Guy making the drink was an idiot. Basically had a tantrum over a Frappuccino that he said couldn't make but made in 5 seconds. Practically called me stupid for not understanding him. Terrible customer service y'all need to get yalls workers in check. Also don't understand why there was at least 5 employees if there was nothing available on the menu just doesn't make any sense who ever manages this place needs help. I was treated like a dumbass just for wanting a Frappuccino. Shook his head the entire time he made my drink even after i told him it was fine and he didn't have to make it. Extremely disappointed and beyond pissed off.
No no no no no. WTF is up w this place? Attitude workers that don't know what they're doing. It's not complex folks. If you don't want to work, don't. Heed the call passengers, get your Starbucks outside the airport. Corporate HMS Starbucks need to just close this location down. Stat! Before it ruins their brand. Note that this was the morning crew on Monday, 6/21 11A that was so chaotic. Unsure how a different team would be working.
