I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a 12-piece meal, and although they initially forgot my biscuits, they quickly rectified the mistake when I returned. The food was delicious - it was the best meal I've had all month. I particularly enjoyed the mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and crispy chicken. Overall, a great dining experience.

The online ordering experience was a complete disaster. The service on the phone was terrible. If you don't enjoy your job, please find a new one or simply shut down the shop and hire better staff. This was a huge disappointment.
