I celebrated my birthday a few weeks ago at the pub, and Vicki Goane made the experience truly special and inviting for me. She went above and beyond to ensure my birthday evening was perfect. Vicki is always warm and welcoming, and her smile brightens the place. Thank you, Vicki!

I absolutely love visiting this pub! The staff are exceptional and always provide a warm welcome. The offers they have are fantastic! Without a doubt, this is the best pub I've ever been to for drinks, and I won't be going anywhere else for my nights out. I've also made some great friends here.

Even if The Hai weren't my local pub, it would still be my top choice. The entertainment is consistently enjoyable, and the bar staff are always welcoming. The portion sizes are generous, and the regular patrons are friendly. Grace, the barmaid, is outstanding—she's always cheerful and remembers everyone’s drink orders. I can't wait for another fun weekend there!

Love to the shark pub. great atmosphere and great customer service. young girl victoria (with horny hair) is so beautiful and friendly. I really felt welcome. nothing was too much for her. She is a credit to the pub. x

Great pub, Sam and the staff are lovely. Especially Vickie (the ginger). The pub has something for everyone on different night like the quiz and open mic nights to a meat raffle on sunday afternoons. The regulars are welcoming and friendly as well.
