Wendy's - Hartland Twp

Went through drive thru at 10:00pm, the light was on, no one answered. After repeatedly saying hello. Seen a heavy set girl inside and no one would answer the drive thru and doors were locked. Will take business elsewhere. No wonder why your establishments are closing. So unprofessional!

A little slow at lunchtime (understandably) but food was hot and fresh, staff was

It's Wendy's. This one is good, always hot food (except for the frosty, those Are generally pretty cold) and always good service.

We arrived at noon... Went to go in but the doors were locked. Had to get back in the vehicle and go thru the drive thru. Then eat in our vehicle! While doing so, we noticed that people who arrived after us were now able to go into the lobby and purchase! Not happy!!!! Luckily, the order was correct and the food was good.

A little dark going through drive through at night. Couldn't see well. Kind of scary driving. Could use some more lights out there. Food is always great.
