Bojangles - Hartwell

A steak biscuit ordered and the cashier said it would be a few minutes. my father and I moved up and every car behind us got her to eat and went. I wouldn't normally wait almost 20 minutes because it's ridiculous. but I had my older father with me. I waited all the time for a burned cookie and when I said something about the 20 minutes, the girl waits loud and rude with me. now I see why the drive is never busy.

I want to give them no stars! My breakfast was horrible! My chicken biscuit was tough like leather and my potatoes was cold. I will not waste my time or money on them again! Please Popeyes hurry up and open!

Website and sign on the door says the drive through is open at 5 AM. However, been there multiple times at 5:30 AM and they always come across the speaker “we aren’t open yet”. All the lights will be on, but one car in the parking lot. Almost like they can’t get their employees to show up to open the restaurant on time. The food is good, but they aren’t opening at their advertised time.

Rude! Service SUCKS! Waited for at least 2 whole minutes AT The speaker. There was NO SOUND. NO ANSWER when I asked if they were closed. Drove up to order at the window and was told to go back around! Instead of a much deserved apology! They usually have an unpleasant disposition anyways.

Went here Dec 4th in the evening. Crew acted annoyed when I pulled up cuz they were outside smoking store was empty cuz bulldogs were playing) Got my order wrong and fries were literally half cooked. Glad popeyes is coming to town because the workers here are rude every time. No more bojangles in hartwell for us.
