The Prince Of Wales - Haslemere

We had a lovely time with two friends. The Sunday roast was excellent, and the service was outstanding. One of the highlights of our visit was Bruno, the pub dog. He is such a beautiful and well-natured companion, sitting regally in his armchair. Thank you for a wonderful Sunday afternoon!

This charming little pub is situated right next to a stunning forest, offering numerous walking trails all around! The food and drinks are excellent, and it feels wonderfully remote from any noisy main roads. The garden is beautiful, with plenty of seating available. It's a definite win-win all around!

I had lunch today with my partner and our 9-week-old puppies, and it was a fantastic experience. The service was incredible, and the owners were warm and chatty. The food was delicious, with generous portion sizes. After a short wait, our meals arrived piping hot and very fresh. The staff checked in briefly to ensure everything was to our liking and were quick to clean up our plates and offer us more drinks and desserts. Both my partner and I noticed how beautifully the food was presented. I honestly couldn’t find anything to complain about. The atmosphere was lovely—cozy and warm, especially on a chilly day. We’re already looking forward to visiting again soon and enjoying many more wonderful meals here!

The Prince of Wales is an excellent pub which is in the Haslemere area. Plenty of parking and adjacent to many walking trails, it is set in a rural location that has lots of charm. There is a great selection of beers and there are frequent guest ales . The food is the standout. You can tell it is all freshly prepared and there are lots of choices. They also can do gluten free which is helpful as my son is gluten sensitive. The staff is excellent and there is seating both indoors and outdoors. Finally, there is a playground and it is dog friendly. The landlords/managers are awesome and welcoming to groups ranging from sports teams, cyclists and walkers. It 's a great traditional pub that offers good food, beer, has a great staff in a very nice location what else could you ask for?
