Worst food I've had in a long time my bun was burnt had them remake it then the bun was super dry that I couldn't eat it either and our burger wasn't good either. The staff was not very friendly. Plus had to go inside to complain and the kitchen was disgusting. Won't be eating there again.
The food is always great but having to wait 30 min for an online order is frustrating.
Really tired of this sonic. Everytime I come here it always takes them forever to even take my order. Just went today and sat for a half hour waiting for them to take our order. The whole time we waited. Watched 6 people in drive thru order and get their food (they came after us). Pressed the button 3 times and got ignored. If y’all are really that under staffed. At least close the dam drive thru. This is why y’all hardly even make money cuz y’all constantly ignore half your customers. Absolutely ridiculous.
Over two weeks ago I ordered a meal and a shake, they couldn 't make the shake so I requested a refund, store couldnt and Ive been waiting weeks for an escalation because they are not set up for refunds? Today they kust got the order wrong and instead of going theough the app, tried to call. The pbone number doesn 't work. So frustrating.Updated: it was frustrating dealing with the corporate customer service and it took a month. But when the local/regional manager was given my information it was taken care of with one phone call, hopefully they get their number fixed in the future or the corporate service gets better. Thanks for handling it though.
