Wawa - HATBORO

The afternoon staff were very kind which is why I?m willing to leave at least 2 stars. However, when I called the night staff to politely inquire about my lost bag that I believed to be there, they were incredibly snippy and rude. After a clipped, ?no? they immediately hung up the phone, like I was a nuisance. In addition, the overall cleanliness of the store was in poor condition. The night staff need an attitude adjustment and maybe some more time spent cleaning during the day, if possible!

Never had a problem before until last week or so and It feels like a Sauna in the store.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I Visited this Wawa two nights in a row and on both occurrences the staff closed down the food right when I walked in with friends. There was a total of 5 of us who are hungry after the a night out at the bar. We walk up to the open kiosk?s, the woman behind the line comes right out with paper and covers the kiosk screens. Her words exactly, ?I?m not dealing with this s ?. I loved this Wawa as it is within walking distance and always accommodating, until now. TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW THIS HAS HAPPENED. It?s a shame because I?m never one to leave a bad review but come on, do better.

Hope that they build a super Wawa since the existing location has a bad parking lot

Went to get coffee at 9am. All regular coffees were empty. Told the girl and she said that's cause it's brewing. Then she proceeded to have a conversation with the manager about another employee leaving me standing there waiting. I have been going to this wawa for at least 10years. The store has gone from great to poor over the last year. Two days before this the same manager was cleaning the coffee station and bumped into my coffee cup on the counter nearly knocking it over this was careless and could have burnt me and him. Another customer was shocked at his lack of concern or lack of acknowledgement. I left the hatboro wawa today vowing never to go back even though it's convenient and near home.there are some employees that are great like most of the cashiers. My daughter went and got her father some soup the girl behind the counter scratched her arm then her head all with her gloves on then continued to make sandwiches and fill the order. If I was a mystery shopper the store would have failed. I hope this review can help improve this store.
